Win industrial clients in other countries from Google
Your product is already exported or could be. International SEO gets the companies in each market to find you in their language and on their Google, with the right technical structure (hreflang) and the right content so you do not compete with yourself.

We analyse your potential by market and language. No obligation.
International SEO is the ranking of your website in the search engines of other countries and languages. For industrial and B2B companies with an exporting bent, we structure your website with hreflang, localise the content into the technical language of each market and rank your products on each Google, so you win clients abroad without setting up a new operation in every country.
You export (or you could), but abroad they cannot find you
Many industrial companies already sell to other countries — or could — but their website only ranks at home. Foreign buyers search in their own language and on their own Google, and there you do not appear.
Translating the website “on the surface” is not enough: without the right technical structure, Google gets confused, mixes languages up and your own versions compete with each other.
International SEO solves that: it makes you visible in each market, in its language and with its search intent, without cannibalising your ranking.
What is international SEO and why is it different?
It is not translating: it is localising and structuring for each market. It differs from national SEO in three things:
How we make you visible in each market
1
We choose markets
Where there is demand and a fit for your product.
→
2
Multilingual structure
hreflang, URLs and architecture by language/country.
→
3
Keywords and local content
Research and localisation by market.
→
4
Authority and measurement
Local links and tracking by country.

Translating vs. international SEO

| Keywords | The same ones | By market and language |
| Structure | It confuses Google | correct hreflang |
| Result | Cannibalisation | Capture by country |

Common mistakes in international SEO
Translating without hreflang. Google mixes languages up and your versions compete with each other.
Using the same keywords in every country. The technical term and the intent change from one market to another.
Literal machine translation. In technical B2B, a bad translation costs you credibility instantly.
Ignoring local authority. Without signals from the market, ranking against local competitors is hard.
What results you can expect
Like all SEO, it is a medium-term channel, but it opens markets with far lower risk and cost than setting up a commercial operation in each country.
Over time, every market worked on properly becomes a steady source of international leads, and the data tells you where it is worth scaling.
Who it is for
For manufacturers and B2B companies that already export or want to start, and whose website only ranks in their country of origin.
And for those who want to validate demand in new markets before investing in sales staff, distributors or trade shows.
It fits very well with good national SEO work already under way, which serves as the base.
International SEO in the age of AI
The buyers in each country also consult the AI in their own language. A website well structured by market has a better chance of getting cited by the local AIs.
We work international SEO alongside ranking in AI (AEO/GEO) so you are visible in each market, wherever they search for you.
How we choose the markets
Not every country is worth the same for your product. Before investing, we analyse three things to prioritise where to start and avoid scattering the effort.
Real demand. We study how many people search for what you offer in each market and with what terms, so as to rule out countries where there simply is not enough volume to justify the investment.
Competition and difficulty. We measure how strong the local competitors are and what ranking costs; sometimes a mid-sized, lightly contested market pays off better than a big, saturated one.
Operational fit. There is no point capturing leads in a country you cannot serve properly. We cross the SEO potential with your logistical, commercial and language capacity to choose markets you can genuinely convert into clients.

We answer your questions
Frequently asked questions
What is hreflang and why does it matter?
It is a tag that tells Google which version of your website to show according to the user's language and country.
Without it, Google mixes versions up, shows the wrong one and your own pages compete with each other. It is the technical base of international SEO.
Is translating the website not enough?
No. Translating with no structure and no local keyword research does not rank and can generate cannibalisation.
International SEO localises the content (language, standards, intent) and structures it for each market.
Which markets should I go for first?
The ones that combine real demand for your product with a fit for your capacity to serve.
We start with one or two, validate and scale; there is no need to throw yourself at them all at once.
Do I need a different website for each country?
Not necessarily. It can be done with subfolders, subdomains or domains by country; we weigh up the best option for your case.
What matters is the correct hreflang structure, not multiplying websites.
Do you use machine translation?
As a support, yes, but always with review and localisation by people who know the sector.
In technical B2B, a bad translation costs you credibility immediately; we look after the local buyer's language.
How long does it take to deliver results?
Like all SEO, it is medium-term: the technical improvements show up sooner and content ranking takes a few months per market.
But it opens countries with far less cost and risk than a local commercial operation.
How is success measured?
By traffic and qualified leads per country, positions per market and cost per international opportunity.
That way you know which market responds and where to scale the investment.
Is this any use for my B2B ecommerce?
Yes: international SEO is key to selling online in several countries, and we coordinate it with your website/e-commerce and, where relevant, with marketplaces.
Ranking the catalogue in each market multiplies the reach.
Does it combine with SEM or trade shows?
Yes. SEM validates demand quickly in a new market and SEO consolidates it; trade shows gain support from a local digital presence.
We design the mix according to your export plan.
Do you work in Spanish, Catalan, English and French?
Yes; in fact induSmart's own website is multilingual. We work in those and other languages according to the target market.
Multilingual strategy is part of our day to day.
Do I need to have good national SEO first?
It helps a great deal, because the technical and content base carries over, but it is not essential.
If we start from scratch, we build the national and international base at the same time.
How is it different from a typical agency?
We join up technical SEO, localisation and business judgement and connect it with your export strategy and your ranking in AI.
We do not translate websites: we open markets measurably.
What budget do I need per market?
It depends on the country's competition and the state of your website; we start with one or two priority markets to validate and scale afterwards.
Spreading the effort across a few well-worked markets pays off better than scattering across many at once.
Can I start with just one language?
Yes, and it is usually what we recommend: we validate a pilot market and, with the results, decide the next ones.
That way you reduce risk and learn what works before expanding.
Does it affect my national SEO?
Done well, it does not harm it: hreflang separates each version properly so they do not compete with each other.
Badly implemented it can indeed harm it, which is why the technical side matters so much.
Which domains do I use: .com, .es, .de…?
There are three models — domains by country, subdomains or subfolders — and each has advantages. We choose according to your case and resources.
What is decisive is not the model, but a coherent hreflang structure.
