Connect your systems so the data flows on its own
Your website, your CRM, your ERP and your tools speak different languages, and you act as the translator by copying and pasting. We connect your systems with integrations and APIs so the information moves on its own, with no errors and no duplication.
Request your integration assessment
We look at which systems to connect and how, so you can stop copying data by hand. No commitment.
An integration connects two systems so they share data automatically; an API is the “socket” that makes it possible. At induSmart we connect your website, your CRM, your ERP, your shop and your other tools so the information flows on its own, with no copying and pasting, no errors and no duplication, so your processes run end to end.
You are the glue between your programs
A field from the website form you copy into the CRM. An order you retype into the ERP. A stock level you update in three places. Your team acts as the manual translator between systems that do not talk to each other.
It is slow, tedious and, above all, it generates errors: every copy is a chance to get it wrong and a different version of the truth.
Integrations remove that human glue: the systems communicate on their own and the data travels once and properly.
What integrations and APIs are
They are the way to get your tools working as a team rather than as islands. Three key ideas:
How we connect your systems
1
We map the flow
Which data lives where and how it should travel.
→
2
We design the integration
Connections, rules and the direction the data travels.
→
3
We connect and we test
Through APIs or connectors, with error handling.
→
4
We monitor
We watch that everything keeps flowing and we maintain it.
What you gain
What you get from connecting your systems
So your company works as a single system, not as islands that do not talk to each other.
Zero copying and pasting
The data travels between systems on its own, once and properly.
Fewer errors
No manual retyping, no contradictory versions.
Coherent data
The same information, up to date everywhere.
End-to-end processes
From the website lead to the plant, with no manual jumps.
You make use of your software
You do not change tools: you connect the ones you already use.
Time recovered
Your team stops being the glue between programs.
What we usually connect
Common connections in industrial and B2B companies:
Website and forms with the CRM
CRM with the ERP (Odoo, HubSpot…)
Online shop / e-commerce with the ERP
Marketplaces with your stock
Invoicing and accounting
Marketing and email tools
Logistics and carriers
Bespoke connectors through APIs
How we work
From the data map to a reliable, monitored integration.
Phase 1
Assessment
A map of the systems and the data flows.
Phase 2
Connection
Integration through APIs or connectors, with testing.
Phase 3
Maintenance
Monitoring, alerts and continued development.
Islands vs. connected systems
| Judgement | Isolated systems | Integrated |
|---|---|---|
| Data | They get copied by hand | They travel on their own |
| Mistakes | Frequent | Minimums |
| Consistency | Different versions | A single source of truth |
| Processes | With manual jumps | End to end |
From the loose figure to the flow

Common mistakes with integrations
Integrating without mapping. Connecting without understanding what data travels and when creates a mess; first you design the flow.
Fragile solutions. Workarounds that break at the first change; they have to be made robust and monitored.
No error handling. An integration should raise the alarm when something fails, not fail in silence.
Duplicating instead of unifying. If every system is still “the truth”, the problem remains.
What results you can expect
The first thing you notice is the time recovered: your team stops copying data between programs and the retyping errors disappear.
With the systems connected, your company works like a single organism: the lead comes in through the website and reaches the CRM and the ERP with no intervention, and everyone works with the same up-to-date information.
Who it is for
For companies using several tools (website, CRM, ERP, shop, marketing) that lose time and reliability moving data between them by hand.
And for those that have implemented an ERP or a CRM and want to get the most from it by connecting it to the rest of their ecosystem, instead of leaving it as an island.
Integrations, automation and ERP/CRM
Integrations are the plumbing that makes everything else possible: without connected data, neither automation nor BI nor your ERP really performs.
That is why we work on them alongside your Odoo or HubSpot, your automations and your AI agents, so your whole digital business works as a system and not as loose pieces.
The integrations with the most impact
Not all connections add the same. These are the ones that usually save the most time and the most errors in an industrial company.
Website and forms with the CRM. The lead goes straight in, with no retyping and no contacts lost in an inbox.
CRM with ERP. It joins the commercial and the operational sides: from the order approved in the CRM to its handling in the ERP, with the same data.
E-commerce and marketplaces with stock. One of the integrations that avoids the most headaches: the inventory synchronises so you do not sell what you do not have. We start with whichever hurts most and extend from there.
Why us
Why get your integrations from induSmart
We do not build fragile workarounds: we design robust, monitored integrations, with error handling, always starting from a clear map of your data and your processes.
And as a digital business consultancy, we do not connect for the sake of connecting: we do it in the service of your real processes — from lead to plant — and hand in hand with your ERP, your CRM and your automations.
We answer your questions
Frequently asked questions
What is an API, in plain language?
It is the “socket” that lets two programs talk to each other and exchange data automatically.
For example, your website passing a lead to the CRM, or the CRM telling the ERP to prepare an order, with nobody copying it by hand.
Do I have to change my systems?
No: the whole point of integrations is making use of what you already have by connecting it.
We only recommend changing something if it genuinely holds you back; the norm is to connect the software you already have.
Which systems can you connect?
Website, forms, CRM (HubSpot…), ERP (Odoo…), online shops, marketplaces, invoicing, logistics and marketing tools.
And, if necessary, we build bespoke connectors through APIs.
And if my software has no API?
We look for alternatives: intermediate connectors, automations or, in extreme cases, bespoke solutions.
There is almost always a way to connect; we weigh it up in the assessment.
Is it safe to move data between systems?
Yes, if it is done properly: we use secure connections and look after privacy and compliance.
We also add error handling so nothing gets lost along the way.
What happens if an integration fails?
We design them with monitoring and alerts: if something fails, the alarm is raised, it does not fail in silence.
That way it gets corrected in time and the data is not left half-transferred.
Is this the same thing as automating processes?
They are closely joined: the integration connects the systems and the automation acts on that data.
They often go together; integrations are the foundation automation is built on.
How long does an integration take?
A standard connection can be ready in days or a few weeks; a bespoke connector takes longer.
We estimate it in the assessment, according to the systems and the complexity.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of systems and on whether there are ready-made connectors or they have to be built; we define it after the assessment.
The return lies in the hours saved and in the errors you stop making.
Do I need an ERP or a CRM first?
It helps, because integrations shine at connecting those systems, but it is not essential.
If you do not have them yet, we look at it together with the Odoo or HubSpot implementation.
Who maintains the integrations?
We can monitor and maintain them ourselves, so they keep working even as the systems are updated.
An integration is a living thing, not a “connect it and forget it”.
Why work with you?
Because we do not connect for the sake of connecting: we start from your business processes and design integrations that are robust, monitored and built with an overall view.
From lead to plant, all in one flow.
What is a connector or middleware?
It is an intermediate piece that translates and moves data between two systems that do not understand each other directly.
We use ready-made connectors where they exist and build a bespoke one when necessary.
Do integrations break when things get updated?
They can if they are badly built; which is why we make them robust and monitored.
And we provide maintenance so they keep working as the systems develop.
Can I integrate marketplaces with my stock?
Yes: we connect your marketplaces and your e-commerce to the ERP's stock to avoid overselling.
It is one of the integrations that saves the most headaches.
How do I start if I do not know what to connect?
We start with an assessment that maps your systems and spots where you lose the most time copying data.
Out of that comes a roadmap prioritised by impact.
